DELIVERY

Shipping Details:

• Item will be ship after payment received.
• Via Pos Laju / GDEX / TA-Q-BIN / Others Courier Services
• For Sabah/Sarawak, if the shipping weight for an item is 2kg & above will be shipped by Pos Parcel / Registered Parcel

Order Process Time:

• The order process time is 1 to 3 working days
• If there has anythings cause the shipment delay, we will email you

Estimated Delivery Date:

    By Courier Services (Pos Laju / GDEX / TA-Q-BIN):

• Peninsular Malaysia: Next 1 to 3 business days from delivery day
• East Malaysia: Next 3 to 4 business days from delivery day

    By Pos Parcel / Registered Parcel:

• Peninsular Malaysia: Not applicable
• East Malaysia: Next 5 to 8 business days from delivery day

Tracking Number

• We will update the tracking number at your email/ sms order between 7pm to 9pm on the delivery day
• Please take note that most courier system is not updated online instantly, we advice you to check after 24 hours after receiving the tracking number.

Shipping Address:
Please make sure your address is your desire shipping address. In any case you need to ship to different address, please inform us in advance, we not responsbile / cannot change the address once shipped. Hope you understand.


Combined Shipments:
Combined Shipping will not be offered unless stated in listing.
Discount maybe offered / considered for Qty order for certain item. We will automatic doing discount by considering from our margin.
Normally you no need to contact us for discount, we will do at our best for those qty order by hoping you will purchase from us again in future.

Insurance / Covering for Item Lost / Damage:

Please note that maximum compensate from courier service for Lost / Damage item during delivery is RM100. If your item value is higher than RM100, we sugguest buyer to contact us for additional Insurance cover. Otherwise, we will not able to full cover you.

Warranty / Return Policy:

We offer a replacement if the item we send you is defective on delivery (DOA).We offer 1 to 1 exchange if defective found in 14 days from date of purchase
(with condition item is new as receive without scratches and base on our discretion)* Goods sold are not returnable (refundable), but exchangeable if not suitable.

10% restocking fee will be assessed for exchange to other model.
(Item have to back within 7 days after received and in original condition that it come)

* Our warranty sticker on device + official receipt is mandatory to claim warranty.
